Write 750 words a day - (5250 words a week).
Do my Morning Pages each day and ask for guidance.
Do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
Do a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury.
Reviews for 4 poems (April 2 prompt) & 4 short stories on Deadlines for Writers
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection -not Mon.;
Tues. 7 pm Excuse Me workshop (up to Tenet 3)
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.
Continue Substack workshop stuff that I copied.
Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 18 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
Work:
Be prepared to supply each day. I have worked one full day so far.
Do online training that still needs to be done.
Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - Do a variety of sessions that work range of motion but don't put weigh on my left healing dislocated elbow
Do my physio exercises to increase the range of motion in my left elbow
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 9 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.
Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date. There is a cafe - Holly's Cafe - on Roy street I just found out about... I would like to go there this week.
Getting my Online presence back.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Take mom for her Blood Test appointment (Tues.)
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
