The Beatles Musical Extravaganza

         Bren got a stack of DVDs from the library. One was HELP! All the others are documentaries from which I'm learning a lot. I have a pretty fair knowledge of the music, but I'm finding out a lot (and remembering even more) about events and circumstances. I had forgotten about Stu Sutcliffe's beating in Germany and about the unceremonious way Pete Best was ousted and Ringo brought in. I'm surprised that, so far, no mention has been made of the cycle accident which chipped Paul's tooth right before an important appearance nor the album Best of the Beatles which caused a lot of confusion nor of the 'Paul is Dead' rumour.
         It looks like I'll soon have even more Beatles knowledge to chat about very soon! Much more!
