Weekly Goals

Late with the update as usual. One busy week followed by another and likely followed by yet another in the days to come.

Looking at the list, though, at least it was a pretty successful week.

Core Goals There are the main goals, the ones I will focus on first.

Write, edit, or outline every day: It was mostly edits and not a lot of new words written, but that still counts.

Complete line edits: I got the final edits done on the story in question. I even got around to submitting it too.

Get exercise: I managed to get 2x exercise, though barely.

Stop snacking: Keeping the good habit going.

Send at least three protocols for review: Didn't think I would make this one, but I was actually close to getting the fourth protocol ready.


Stretch Goals The not-quite-as-important goals. The ones I want to achieve but I won't be overly sad about missing out on.

/ Do vocal exercises: I the exercises, though I wasn't all that consistent about them. Still, it's better than nothing.

Participate in the weekly Codex lunch: I almost missed it due to work, but I managed.

/ Stay up to date with Codex: I did check up on the forums once. Though, there are also quite a lot of discussions I've just saved for later.

Submit stories: Giving myself double marks for this one. I got all the stories out as planned, even the ones that came back with rejections during the week. I had to include the weekend to reach this one, though.

Do a review: Nope. At least, it's the only goal I missed completely.

Follow up on WdC commitment: Finally got around to do this one.
