People are people. So... any peaceful time would do. I'm old so I'd rather not witness a warzone. In general I'm with Robert. I'd be tempted to visit, but live? Nope. Unless... unless someone fell in love with me hundreds of years ago and needs to be reunited to be happy or keep on living . I'm sure not doing much hanging around here-and-now.
