There are quite a few. I suppose predominately it would be books on biology, such as the botany and/or wildlife of certain regions, aquatic biology, or books on mycology.
I like books on words such as the dictionary and thesaurus. And books on collective nouns (venery) are useful and can be quite fun. Check out James Lipton's "An Exaltation of Larks" for example.
I also enjoy How-To books. I have one entitled "Practical Carriage Building" in my collection that is one of my favorites. Who knows, one day I might put that knowledge to use and build a carriage of my own.
