Question of the Day!

Yes on here that's the first choice of many is their writing. I write as an emotional outlet and when I observe something out in the world or even my little space of a world to find the material to make a poem.

Yep when you can't have certain ingredients you learn to adapt to something you can use and still tastes good.

I notice a lot of people who enjoy doing those crafts. I'm a seller of items to people who do crafts. Especially jewelry designers and people who make clothing. It's Czech Glass specialty buttons they purchase or the older 1930's-1940's celluloid buttons.

I've been sent some really cool pics of the crafts I receive when they're finished. I ask specifically if they can show me the end product of what my items are a part of.

Always puts a smile on my face.

I wish I could cook, let alone bake. I'm lucky I can boil water. My sister is really good and is comparable to a professional pastry chef. She's been doing that for the last 40 years. Was told many times she should open her own bakery but that's work and she enjoys making pastries for contests, picnics, holidays and whatever excuse she can come up with. So, it's more of an obsessive hobby for her.

I do everything I can to avoid rearranging furniture, though my wife has asked me many times over the years to help her with it. For myself personally, I have no interest in doing that. She always put the furniture back to their original places because "it didn't look right."...lol I sent her my resignation letter after she did that a few times and gave her a number for professional movers. I don't think she appreciated that too much but I got a good laugh and after a while she was laughing with me.
