These aren't that bad... just not great. I did totally abandon two though. They were that bad. *Smile*

One I'm about 20% through is the third in a series. The first two books were mostly fast paced and interesting. This one is just incredibly boring so far. I know it will either eventually get interesting or set the stage for the next book, so I keep reading, but I rarely make it through even a chapter at a time right now.
