Aug 15th update OT for off track.

This week was out of my hands as for getting writing done ( beyond taking notes and making lists. ) An unexpected call from my daughter after five years was unsettling and good but I see she's still preoccupied as ever with herself.
We went to digestive clinic and I have to have an endoscopy in October.
I'm hoping to refocus on writing over the weekend.
