Followers, I don't think you can. But fans...

Go to your Portfolio.

The tabs at the top read Portfilio, Reviews, Biography, Notebook, Bloig, Community and then a downward pointing arrow.

Click on the downward pointing arrow (or triangle). You will get 2 choices. Select Fans... and everyone who has fanned you and who you have fanned will be listed there.
