I used Gift Points to purchase my membership for next year ( which I'm only able to do Upgraded at this time, sorry ) - and I thought that if I paid in advance of the September date of my current Membership, I had taken appropriate care of it, and wouldn't need to do anything further !!!
The new Email totally confused me - please help me to understand if I did it wrong - because the Email seems to be saying there are more things I'm supposed to do.
