I'd also like to know what the heck a "news influencer" is. By dictionary definition it would seem to indicate someone who bends and twists the news to his own preferences. Hopefully none of those voices I have some respect for can be found in this particular camp.
Obviously, none of us think that those we listen to are deliberately misreporting the news. As Paul Simon said, "A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest." The trick is in verifying what you hear, not in blind belief.
