Or, you can go to Shop in the Nav menu, and select Paid Memberships. Either way works.

But the cost for the Premium membership with gift points is 1,399,500 gift points. You're short by about 20K GPs and I don't believe you can mix payment options. So's not to zero you out, I'm sending you some GPs to facilitate your renewal.
