I can't recall a time right now where I was asked to take over for someone else. While at Motorola, I was asked (told) to go to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to re-deliver a class because the did not like the way the first instructor delivered it. The strange thing is, the previous instructor was someone I admired. He had an excellent knowledge of all things related to radios and their systems. I guess it just shows that not everyone will like you, no matter how much you know. The sad thing is, liking an instructor should have no bearing on a student's comments or grades. We all know different, don't we?
