It used to be a GP (I actually think I saw him... once.) where I lived. You know. Medicare/Tricare covered most. Now, I use a local doctor. He's a GP also. He charges $60 an hour and he spends the whole time explaining what's going on,. No nurses, no NPs, no PAs. He gave me his personal number in case I had any questions. Who knew I'd end up with a Concierge Doctor?
