Has the image you're trying to add to your Static Item already been uploaded as an Image? Or, are you trying to add the image as a Cover?
Some things to check regarding images. Check "Image Guidelines and Policies" . And they must be a JPG, GIF or PNG file. If you're following the same steps that were successful before, there may be some glitch in the system. More likely, one minor step is being overlooked. That's what happens with me.
