After 22 years in retail, having to repeat myself so much. It's not so much having to repeat myself to multiple customers. like I tell Customer A something and then four customers later, I repeat myself to tell Customer E the same thing. That's one thing. It's repeating myself multiple times to the customer in front of me during their transaction. Like, having to tell them what their total is three times because they somehow didn't understand the first time. Or them asking me for the fifth time if a coupon came off after I told them "Yes it did" the first four times.
