Easy ones.

Seriously, though, I generally enjoy cooking, but unless I'm cooking for someone else also, I have a rule: the dish shouldn't take longer to cook than it does to eat.

I make a pretty good chili, pasta sauce, stir-fry, and steak dinner. You know, the usual bachelor chow.
