I enjoy making one-pot meals at home. Things like soups, stews, and chili, where you just chop everything up and throw it in a crock-pot, pressure cooker, etc. for a while and then serve it up. I have a hard time with meal prep where there's a lot of moving parts (i.e., sauteeing something in one pan while cooking something in the oven, while reducing a sauce in another pan). In a lot of areas of my life "multitasking" is one of my strengths... just not in the kitchen.
