Yesterday my answer was that No-Peek Casserole. Another dish I prepared a lot, was something called a Crab bake. It was initially served in individual bowls, but as our family grew, I used one larger dish. Make a White Sauce Add 1 or 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, depending on size of dish Salt-Pepper to taste I used Shrimp, cheaper than canned crab. Pour into baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter, add bread crumbs Top the Shrimp Mixture with it Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Serve over rice & a veggie Jim Dorrell{/sig} |
