I did figure out that it was a zoom issue... the site definitely had to better accomodate zoom, like it used to... I have just pushed out a fix that gets the icons back to working order under zoom. Please check for me.
Also, the new mobile search from the left menu is available.. That never worked before and I think it's pretty great now.
The Emails and other page zooming issues I'm going to look more into and see how we can best accommodate that stuff...
