So, I am the new organiser of this here forum. Apologies to everyone in advance. But, please, give all the love you can to Lilli ☕ 2 things - one, I have no idea how to make it look purty, and two, I am Australian, so I spell and punctuate differently. This is a question for a paper: What is something you wished you had learned in school BEFORE high school? I am not sure when High School starts in the USA or other countries that people here might be from, but I am looking at that pre-teen learning experience. Now, I am coming at this as a foreigner to your country (countries), and am curious as to how international people see their educational experiences. And, of course, if you think you had a great pre-teen education, then that is perfectly valid as well. Me? I think our education covered most things, but I would have liked to have learned a little more about world history. We were stuck with Australian history (of course), including indigenous history, and a little British history. In high school, you had to pick a history subject to learn it (apart from religious history; I was educated in a Christian setting), so my history knowledge is all self-taught. I have a lot of history books! |
