By the end of the year, I need to get plans finalized for the car meet we are hosting in June. Pre-war Willys car enthusiasts will be be travelling to Idaho from all over the US and I am one of four people planning their vacations. From their hotel, to food, to driving tours and things to see and do, I need to get costs calculated for around a hundred people, so they all can plan their summer trips.
