I'd like to get back into some regular habits (exercising and writing, specifically) before the new year. I know it takes a few weeks for something to become a habit, so it'd be nice to have January 1st roll around and be at a point where I'm ready to make a real push and hit the ground running, rather than just starting up the good habits then. |
