When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? It all depends on whose point of view you get this answer from. Being a French Horn player through my school years, my Mother (1920 - 2013 - RIP) wanted me to play in Lawrence Welk's Orchestra. That was not in my plans at all, I almost threw up over that thought. I did want to improve my music knowledge and maybe either teach Music at some level, or play in a band or Orchestra. My fondest dream was to be a Fireman or Police Officer.
