I have an item which I don't have the least idea how to punctuate. It is a story told by a character. It also has a narrator.

I would gladly give 5,000 points for a serious full review. The rating is ADULTS ONLY, as the story provides a poignant look at the world's oldest profession and how one girl wound up there.

I have no desire to offend anyone's sensibilities. Wendy really wants her story told. Her request humbles me, but I really need help with this. I've spent the last twelve hours fighting with my software, trying to make this comprehensible!
