What's one thing you'd change about the house / apartment / tent / whatever where you live?

The house, and the garage have too much stuff that we don't use. Oh, and add in some junk that needs to be thrown out. We keep it at her insistence because we might need it one day. Does that sound familiar? But I have to say that it's not easy to do. We can't just put it on the curb after all. It seems that the days the city schedules bulk waste pickup, I'm not home! All I can say is, one day... one day. And that day will come.
