Question of the Day!

Other than owning our place rather than renting it, I would fix the parking situation. We're the only street within walking distance that isn't strictly parking enforced, so we have non-residents parking (and storing) vehicles all the time, which makes it really hard to have guests over (or even find a parking spot for ourselves outside the garage).
