Question of the Day!

When we originally bought the house, it was a Cape. We needed more room and the attic space was going to waste. We landed up dorming it off, raising the backside of the house facing the water. What I felt years down the road and even to this day, we should have raised the whole top. it would have given us 2 more rooms and an outside porch built in front.

No regrets. Love the house but that's the one I'd do is raise both sides, instead of one.
