Anywhere I can't find a place for less than $100/night. I'm a budget traveler so cost is an issue. Monaco is a great example. If I knew someone there who'd let me crash for a night or two... sure. Otherwise... not affordable.
On the other hand, found a great place in Freetown, Sierra Leone I'd love to visit. $8/night.
