cNote Error message

*Dollar* 25 GPs were sent to Writing.Com Support Author Icon with this post.
Every time I try to send a cNote. I get a message that simply says, "cNote Error". It doesn't say what the error is. Since this is something that I can use during Secret Santa and 26 Paychecks, I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong - Can I please have some help?
