Should I be boosting my second chapter?

Hello peeps :)

I've just posted the second chapter of Chalk Dust and Broomsticks. Should I be doing something to boost it? I'm not quite understand the significance of gift points yet and I want my chapter to be seen and noticed so that I get some reviews.

Please clarify the situation for me. Thank you.
