Greets,

From the "Gift Points" menu -> "Shop with Gift Points" -> Select membership type and length, the provide the username of the member you wish to gift in the appropriate field.

If you wish to do that with money instead of Gift Points, go to "Shop" -> "Paid Memberships" -> Select membership type and length, the provide the username of the member you wish to gift in the appropriate field -> Proceed to check out and pay.
