Some folks use Community Recognition (CR), which are the numbers displayed after your handle. The longer you maintain a presence and participate on WDC, the more CR you'll receive. That takes time, and not everyone places a lot of emphasis growing their CR. So it's not a true indicator or how you're doing. Some folks measure their success here by interacting with other members, such as doing reviews or commenting on blogs or a person's Notebook. Interaction begets interaction from others. You can always view your personal stats by checking out My Account (in the Navigation Menu on the left side of your page). Scroll down to visit My Activity, or further down to My Summary Stats. May I suggest you take some time and look through "Writing.Com 101"  . Check out the various sections--I think you'll find a lot of answers to questions you may not even know yet.  |
