Suggestion Box

Good morning, The StoryMaster . It's a new day, and I'm back searching through the new editor. And I'm already stymied. I see the icon, but do not see anything resembling the Toolbar tab, or any way to toggle "Use Inline Menus".

I do see where I can change my default font style and size if I wish.

In fact, my window doesn't seem to allow me to scroll all the way to the top, or to the bottom. At the bottom I can see only a top sliver of colored boxes with green on the left and red on the right, but no words. I can barely use my cursor to select one of the boxes to close it. Perhaps I hit some setting regarding box sizing, but don't know how to fix it.
