Are you asking how to change what page you land on when you open WdC? You have to go to the left sidebar on WdC, click "Account Settings" then "Site Display Options" then beside "Logo Link To" you can choose a few different options. Personal newsfeed, community newsfeed, and the hub.

If you're trying to make the website automatically load to a specific item made by a member, I imagine you'd have to bookmark that page and you could just click it after opening your internet browser
