Weekly Goals

Wow made it through the week update 😀 Jan 16!
The short version y'all ( More detail in my New Vision blog tomorrow!)
Had 3 important appointments and all medical.
We both went to my Monday pain management one. I got some medical records and brought them to where I thought they would assist me with the medical Marijuana card.
The people at the hospital clinic were a waste of time but have a better one to call Monday.
My check up on Wed went well! I gained weight and my NRPrac. Saw how much better I am since following our own plan! Go back in 3 months!
Sis got her glasses 🤓 and oh yeah they help for sure! She fell down in the field walking across it. She's ok I helped her up of course. To hear her tell it I left her there! She's got a weird sense of humor!

We made it to Walmart without Uber!

Very tired but feeling thankful and will have more time to be here and get my writing together.
