Double-Clicking the dropnote title (click label) does open the dropnote editor -- or should I say it does in my tests on Chrome, Brave and Safari with 3 different test accounts.
          
For example, I double click "Link Text" and it opens the editor.
                              
I can double click any part of that -- the text or the chevron -- and it opens the dropnote editor.

If that's not working... You can post in "Bug Reporting" Open in new Window. -- though I'll just state here that as of now, I've debugged that as much as I can think to prior to this response -- so you can post it there, but at this time I can't duplicate a problem which makes it challenging to figure out and fix for your usage cause I'm not sure why it doesn't do for you what it does for me and my test accounts. *Heart* *Bigsmile*
