Thanks for responding to this! I have a video just to make sure we're talking apples to apples - when I say it pops up the editor, I mean the new window pops up. I'm really hard to hear in this video because I had injections in my vocal cords last week, so I wrote a transcript in case you can't understand something I'm saying. Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZNIN4E6ZhFLIRvI8bRvvM6vItjQVFv2e/view?usp=shari... Transcript: Single click, it opens... Single click, now I'm double click... Does the same thing. Double click... But if I open it and I click here twice, it pops up the editor. If this is what it's doing on your end, I'm proposing that the double-click on the dropnote text and chevron pop up the new editor window immediately instead of toggling the dropnote to the open position first, since you can't edit directly in the "Content goes here" field that opens beneath the dropnote -you have to double-click the Content field to change anything. This turns a two-step process into one step, and it doesn't take any functionality away, since single- and double-clicking the droptnote text and chevron do the same thing currently. I added this to suggestions rather than bug reporting because I wasn't really considering it something that's not working properly. It's just a nice-to-have and not anything remotely urgent or even necessary. Just efficient. Thank you! Michelle |
