That when writing paper to formulate a research question for my genealogy class there were certain people we weren't supposed to ask about as it would cause problems down the road. I knew that we shouldn't ask about "Person X" or "Person Y" but completely forgot about "Person Z" being taboo!(sorry I have to redact this for privacy reasons.) I spent hours comparing documents, making tables and finding inconsistencies. Then what do I do? Ask about "Person Z"! Now I'm going to have trouble because I have to use that question for the rest of the course. |
