Basic Shortcut Keys

Hi The StoryMaster!

Have the basic shortcut keys been removed from the Legacy Editor and moved exclusively to the V3 Editor? Shortcuts like Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, and Ctrl+U no longer work in Legacy. I hope these will be restored, as I still prefer using the Legacy Editor over the newer version.
