I'm going to move the focus from music to movies. I love a few classics that were classics when I was a kid, so I'm not talking 80's movies or silent films. They're movies with dry humor and great chemistry between the actors. And they're so far removed from today's reality that they're just fun. So, a few of my comfort movies that I don't think many others would appreciate are El Dorado (John Wayne/Robert Mitchum), The Desk Set (Hepburn/Tracy), and The Philadelphia Story (Katherine Hepburn, Cary Grant). ![]() “I wish you a sexy, dangerous, jazz-shaped immortality.“ — Diane Seuss, Advice For Life As A Writer |
