You can open your Notepad (located on the Navigation menu on the left side of your page). Use one page for your notes leaving the Notepad open. Be sure to save your note often in case of a glitch on your computer. The Notepad acts like a Post It note.

If you're looking for a way to insert notes into the item you're reviewing: No.
