It seems that, if the curly bracket is associated with one of the keywords in the @ menu, it doesn't double up and interprets it as ML syntax. Otherwise it assumes that you actually want to see a curly bracket in the text, hence the doubling. To get around this for ML keywords that aren't on the @ list, I use {/} to go into code view first. Then when I type my ML, the curly brackets don't double up. I guess you could go to the "Suggestion Box" forum and request xlink be added to the @ menu. |
