Shirley,

Just under the big green SUBMIT REVIEW button is a link for you to open the Review Tool.

In the upper right-hand corner, you then have the options to create a new template, use an existing one, delete an existing one, or edit an existing one.

The main benefit for me is that I can produce a uniform structure to my reviews. The reviews themselves are all unique, but using the template I have set up keeps me from rambling all over the place.
