That's quite the task going through them looking for what you want. I do the same. I jot down phrases, bits of conversations, some written drafts etc. I have a whole load of scrap paper I use for a few different things. I do a lot of my rough drafts on them. The thing is, like you said, is finding the ones you want that could lead to a good poem/writing. I feel nothing is too much as long as they're being put to use. It's the things that we have that we don't use for days, months and sometimes even years. The real blank smaller pieces of paper I just recycle. They have to be a decent size for me. That is a drawback but we get caught in our ways of doing things and see a use for everything we may have. |
