Ok, so you're talking about / looking at the Content Blocker. The content blocker allows people to completely block out content of certain ratings. The content filter, however, is a more fluid setting that applies specificly to listings. Let's step back for a second:  Are you able to go to your Notebook and find the "Filter" space that I've shown in my screenshot?It's a specific area and I need you to do exactly that so we can get your sorted out. Go to your notebook and to the right of that tab area, shown in my screenshot, click the filter.
