New way to reorder entries
I just added 3 chapters in my book (after spending 2 hours to figure out how to quick format them)

And when I went to manage book I found out the option to reorder entries is gone. I have 65 hidden entries, 27 that should be seen (30 now) with the last three in the going 30, 29, 28...

In manage book the only option I see is to select or edit.
