Photo in my portfolio belongs to someone else??

Ok, I'm confused. I know a few people have blocked me, no biggie, but how is this possible? https://www.writing.com/main/photos/action/my_photos
right between the angel holding the lamb, and the cover art for The Flying Roses, is an image that is hidden because

It makes no sense, because there is no item number or username associated with it. How can I have something in my portfolio that belongs to someone else?

Edit: I just realized what it must be: a forum post with an image attached, or possibly something I left in their notebook. Hmm... Wish I could remember what it was a picture of. Oh well. Something interesting to be aware of.
