I've traced it here and it shows you getting to the payment provider and then nothing. Unfortunately, I'm able to get through so it's something local to your connection or device.

You can try the PayPal option -- they allow direct credit card purchases, since something is blocking you for the other provider.

Since it's not on our end, there's not more I can do for you aside from directing you to try the PayPal option.
