Greets, Well, hmm... "Muted" we don't really have here. Accounts can be blocked, but there's error displayed. Can you explain what you mean by "not working" or that you "can't answer it"? Error messages? Buttons missing? Buttons not working? Was the account you're trying to reply to deleted? If it wasn't someone you knew, it may have been a spam account that we deleted for bulk IM'ing people. Folks signup and try to message as many people to sell them things before we can delete them. Accounts shown without an icon have been deleted. Aside from those guesses: If you can describe what's happening a little more ...
